Re: AudioTester is Back!
This is really cool.
Is there a recommended audio card? What do you use?
This is not a set-up I am familiar with - how do you get signal in and out?

Re: Simple pcb design program
I have used OrCAD (very old version), PCAD, PADs, Altium, Eagle, Diptrace, Circuit Maker, and Kicad. There were things that I liked and disliked about each one. At work I use Altium but we farm out PCB Design so I am not familiar with that side of it. I really like the schematic capture side. I trie...
Re: 36V DPOT
that's pretty slick
Re: 36V DPOT
Look at section 5.1.2 Step Resistance. There may not be any linearity curves but there are step resistance specs. I have been looking at the AD5292. I was hoping to use them as I would a mechanical pot but so far am not happy with the distortion. I have also considered the MCP45HVX1 but I doubt its ...

Re: Red Pitaya
I'm unsure about how the bit depth relates to noise floor. When looking at an Oscilloscope I look at vertical scale resolution to figure out noise floor. This doesn't give a spec on the Oscilloscope page. How do you figure that out? The input and output voltage range is quite small. Would you need ...

Re: Bob Cordell: Build A High Performance THD Analyzer
Wow. You have given me quite a bit of reading to do and a collection of circuits to review that I have not seen before.
At one point I was really looking at an oscillator on a Linear Technology App Note, AN43, written by John Williams.
