It can be deadly, undeniably, how deadly is the question.mediatechnology wrote: ↑Sun Nov 29, 2020 5:42 amDo you believe that world is responding to a "real" and very deadly virus?Suppressing alternate opinions only feeds the conspiracy inclined who already have trust issues.
Hospitals are seeing increased traffic but this is also the onset of flu season perhaps a double whammy. One example cited by the left is El Paso TX, but that is a stones throw from Juarez Mexico, and their hospitals are slammed, so sick mexicans make the obvious short journey to the US for hospital care.
I am absolutely convinced that media and organizations that gain power from scaring the public (like John's Hopkins) are trying to do exactly that.
I am still keeping my head down and unwilling to risk exposing myself carelessly. I have heard enough anecdotal reports of individuals being infected, one a doctor has the chronic fatigue associated with some covid cases. He is a liberal but I don't think he is making his covid status up.

China is having some trouble performing third stage testing trials in some countries (like UAE and Brazil) because not enough trial patients got sick. While I wouldn't expect that problem from Brazil.
Covid is pretty well under control in China and they inoculated over 1 million citizens without full safety testing of the Chinese vaccine, that they are now actively trying to sell around the world (another scheme to gain world power/wealth?).
