Re: When AI Gets it Wrong
I wonder how many people have ended up with a bag of marshmallows instead of scallops , not exactly a life/death situation ,but still reveals the stupidity of the AI the whole show runs on .
A quick search revealed this , with some rather more serious consequences , its time proper laws were brought in to deal with corporate negligence and the use of AI .

Im a big shellfish and seafood fan , as a kid my grandad and a few of his friends had a small sport fishing boat , so there was always fresh line caught fish for the table .
Mussels or scallops 'au gratin' is one of my personal favourites , the raw fish is first steamed lightly ,then topped with garlic butter and bread crumbs + seasoning , then finished in the shell under the grill , a crisp dry white wine on the side .

I'll have to try them au gratin. It's been awhile since I had them that way.
